Package Shows Delivered But It Was Not Received

My tracking information shows my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it. What do I do?

We are very sorry to hear that you have not received your package(s) yet. When the tracking information status updates to delivered, it means that it was delivered to the address you provided to us at checkout. Sometimes your order may be delivered to a local post office for pick up. Your package may be delivered to a local post office for pick up if you were not at home at the time of delivery and there was no secure location to leave it, or a signature may have been required. Please see the options below as they may help you locate your package.

1. Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation.

We recommend verifying the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure you provided us with the correct address at checkout.

To verify your shipping address, check your email for your order confirmation and check “Customer Information” for the shipping address on your order.

Kindly note that 50K Lashes & Hair cannot be held accountable for mis-delivered packages if you gave us an incorrect shipping address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us at check-out is correct. If you believe your package was delivered to an incorrect address, we suggest trying to get in touch with the residents of that address to see if they can accept the package on your behalf.

As soon as we are notified that your address is incorrect, we will reach out to the courier to return the package to the sender if it hasn’t been delivered. However, as we cannot guarantee this will be successful, we suggest monitoring the tracking information to see if the package is being returned to the sender. If the package is being returned to sender, please send us an email at info@50klashesandhair.com with your name, order number and the correct address, and we would gladly ship another item to you with the correct address.

2. Check with your neighbours and family members at your home.

Couriers usually deliver packages to the address provided on the shipping label and not necessarily to the recipient listed. Therefore, we suggest checking with your family members as someone may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.

We also suggest checking with your neighbours to see if someone has accepted delivery for you.

3. Check your mailbox or any discreet or safe drop location around the perimeter of your home.

The tracking information usually specifies where the package was delivered: community mailbox, mailbox, front door, porch, etc. However, even if the tracking information gives a location where the package may have been left, we still recommend checking all possible areas where it could have been delivered. Please check your mailbox and any discreet/safe drop areas around the perimeter of your home.

What does safe drop mean? Safe drop refers to any discreet location around your home/premises where the courier may leave your package to prevent theft. We suggest checking around your porch, near your garage and backyard entrance, to see if the package was delivered there.

4. For deliveries to businesses – check with the security guard, mailroom, or front desk/receptionist.

If your shipping address is to a business, there's a good chance it was delivered somewhere or to someone else, especially if it is a large building with multiple different businesses. We recommend checking with your mailroom, front desk/receptionist, or security guard to see if anyone accepted the package on your behalf.

5. For deliveries to apartments – check with security, concierge, or front desk.

When delivering to apartment buildings, couriers may deliver the package to the concierge, front desk, or security and not to your front door. We suggest checking with your building's front desk, security, concierge, or management office to find out if anyone accepted your package on your behalf.

6. Contact your local post office(s).

There's a chance that your package may have been held at your local post office for pick up even though the tracking shows the item as 'Delivered.' We recommend contacting your local post office to inquire if they are holding your package. Please ensure you are contacting the phone number of your local post office, not the carrier's general support line.

7. Wait 24-48 hours for your package to deliver.

Sometimes the courier updates the tracking information to “Delivered” before the package has actually been delivered. We recommend waiting 24-48 hours for the courier to deliver your package or for the tracking to be further updated.

If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to use an alternate shipping address such as the address of your work, a relative or a trusted friend to ensure successful delivery.
