Refund & Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return.

If you receive your item(s) and are not happy with them or if the item is defective, you may return it to us for a full refund, less the shipping and package protection charges if applicable, within 14 days of delivery.

We do not refund shipping or other third-party charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the Order number or proof of purchase.

Shipping fees and package protection charges are non-refundable.

Digital Products (PDF Downloads)

Digital products (including PDF downloads) are delivered electronically, and no physical product ships. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final once the download link has been delivered.

If you experience trouble accessing your file, please contact us at info@50klashesandhair.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you with access or resend the download link.

Hair, lashes and all other items must be in their original state, the same as they were sent to you, to qualify for a return.

All sales are final for altered products (bundles are unwrapped; extensions, wigs, and lashes have been worn; lip gloss or matte lipstick used); these items cannot be returned.

To start a return, please get in touch with us at info@50klashesandhair.com with an image or images of the item and the reason for the return. We will respond to let you know if your return is accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label for Canadian orders only, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For all U.S. and international orders:
Because all orders ship from Canada, U.S. and international returns must be shipped back to us using your local postal service or preferred courier. We do not issue prepaid return labels for U.S. or international returns. This ensures you receive the lowest shipping rate available in your region. Please ship returns with tracking to ensure safe delivery. Refused or unclaimed international packages are not eligible for refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@50klashesandhair.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like personal/hair care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Would you please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These are Final Sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchange Purchases
All exchanges are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clearance Products
All clearance products are Final Sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions about these products, don't hesitate to contact us directly to clarify what you will receive.

Shipping
Orders over $200 will automatically require a signature and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly.

Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. 

Any orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

We offer the following shipping options within Canada: Standard Shipping (3 - 5 Business days) and Express Shipping (1 - 2 Business days).

We offer two shipping options to the U.S.: Standard Shipping (3–5 Business days) and Express (2–4 Business days).

Worldwide (Outside Canada & USA) – Standard International Shipping: 6 – 10 Business Days, USD$55.

Please keep in mind that express shipping does not speed up the processing time of your order. Processing time is separate from shipping time and is not included in delivery estimates.

All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, and may be extended due to carrier delays or customs inspections. Refused or unclaimed international packages are not eligible for refunds.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information, and you will receive updates until your order is delivered.

Insurance
We offer a Route insurance option when placing orders on our website. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility, we cannot accept responsibility for its contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged orders while in transit. Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility if Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, or any other courier delays, damages, or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our control. If you accepted shipping insurance at checkout and something happens to your package, please contact Route via their mobile app or website.

Please note that we are not responsible for any Customs Fees or Import Taxes your country may bill you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount paid, less shipping and package insurance if applicable. The refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
