Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are CAD$8 & USD$15 flat rate standard shipping or CAD$23 and USD$25 express shipping.
- FREE shipping on all Canadian orders over $200.
- FREE shipping on all USA orders over US$200.
Worldwide Shipping:
We now offer Standard International Shipping to select countries outside Canada and the USA.

Delivery time: 6 – 10 business days
All international shipments include tracking. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing within your country. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be extended due to carrier delays or customs inspections.
Products Lost or Damaged in Transit: All items are shipped FOB (Free on Board) from our warehouse in Edmonton, AB, Canada. We cannot guarantee the performance of our carriers and are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier/courier delays. However, we will assist our customers with any deficiencies in third-party services, but we are not responsible for such shortcomings. We encourage our customers to opt in for package insurance at checkout via Route. Delivery delays caused by the courier do not qualify for refunds on shipping costs or the order itself.
Signature: All orders over $200 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified. We recommend that customers please plan accordingly.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Within Canada - Standard Shipping: 3 - 5 business days, $8, and Express: 1 - 2 business days, $23
- To the USA from Canada - Standard Shipping: 3 - 5 business days, $15, and Express 2 - 4 business days, $25
- Worldwide (Outside Canada & USA) – Standard International Shipping: 6 – 10 business days, USD$55
Delivery times are based on the distance from our Edmonton, AB, Canada warehouse. Processing time is separate from shipping time and is not included in delivery estimates.
Some packages may get delivered to a mailbox or the front door of the address provided. It is up to the carrier to determine if it is safe to leave the package. However, if they believe it is not safe to leave the item, they will hold it at a local post office for pick up or reschedule another delivery.
If you believe it is unsafe for the courier to leave your package unattended, we recommend using a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept it. You may use an alternate delivery address, such as your work address, a relative's address, or a trusted friend's address.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow one (1) business day for your order to be processed, regardless of the shipping option you selected at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee weekend delivery, even if your order has shipped using the express option.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your tracking information. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam or promotions folder. You will also receive emails with tracking updates for your order until it is delivered. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by our carrier.
- Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- We do not offer overnight shipping.
- Please keep in mind that express shipping does not speed up the processing time of your order.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any Customs Fees or Import Taxes your country may bill you.
- Shipping costs and any other third-party fees, such as shipping insurance, are non-refundable.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their country allows the import of human hair products.
- Orders rejected or returned by customs are not eligible for refunds.
- Refused or unclaimed international packages are not eligible for refunds.
CANADA SALES TAXES (GST/HST)
50K Lashes & Hair charges sales taxes (GST/HST) on all purchases in Canada. Please note that 50K Lashes & Hair does not benefit from these taxes, and the amounts collected are paid directly to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Edmonton, AB, Canada. This means that Customs Fees or Import Taxes are not included in the cost of your purchase from our website. Therefore, you may incur duties (Customs Fees or Import Taxes) upon delivery. Please note that these charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government to receive your order. These fees are not collected by 50K Lashes & Hair Inc.
If your order is shipped via FedEx, they will pay the Customs Fees or Import Taxes on your behalf as soon as it enters your country. This process ensures that your package is delivered to you without delay. If this happens, you may receive an invoice from them after your package is delivered. The invoice will include the taxes they paid on your behalf and a small administrative fee. 50K Lashes & Hair is unable to advise you about the amount the fees may be. We recommend contacting your country’s customs office or tax agent to obtain the applicable charges and rates for importing human hair extensions, wigs, and lashes. You can reference the HS code 6704.20.0000 (Tariff code for human hair wigs) during your inquiry.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure they enter the correct shipping address. We do our best to process and ship orders within one (1) business day, so there is limited time to cancel an order or modify shipping information. If you realize you put the incorrect shipping address or made a mistake, please send us an email at info@50klashesandhair.com or call us toll-free at 1-800-504-9060 (US or Canada), 404-795-2080 (US) or 587-318-5252 (Canada) as soon as you placed your order. We will try our best to cancel the order or modify the shipping information if it hasn’t shipped. However, we cannot guarantee this will be successful due to the limited time between processing and shipping of an order.
If our team cannot cancel the order and it has shipped, we will reach out to the courier and request that the package be returned to us. Please note that we cannot guarantee this will be successful, and the courier will deliver the item to the address provided at checkout. However, you can return the package to us once you’ve received it. For more information on how to return your item to us, please check here. Once the order is returned to our warehouse, we will then ship it to the correct address or issue a full refund if requested. See our Return Policy here.
Suppose a customer provides the incorrect address, and the item is shipped and returned to our warehouse. If a refund is required, the shipping and any third-party charges, such as shipping insurance, will not be refunded.
PACKAGE MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
All shipments from our warehouse include tracking information and delivery confirmation, sent to the customer’s email address. If the tracking information confirms that the package was delivered to your shipping address, but you have not received it, please refer to this article for the next steps on how to locate your package. Also, please contact the respective courier at the number listed on their website or on the tracking information to investigate the issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to the address on your order. We encourage customers to opt in for package insurance at checkout via Route. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to have your order delivered to a work address, a relative's address, or a trusted friend’s address to ensure you receive your parcel safely.
PACKAGE INSURANCE
We offer a Route insurance option when placing orders on our website. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility, we cannot accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged orders while in transit. Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility if Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, or any other courier delays, damages, or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our control. If you accepted shipping insurance at checkout and something happens to your package, please contact Route via their mobile app or website.
USA MILITARY ADDRESSES
USPS or FedEx ships all packages to a military base, including Guam. The courier/carrier is responsible for delivering the package to its destination.
