What is Route?

Route is a tracking app that will help you track all your packages in one place and is available to all our customers at checkout. Once you have added an item to your cart, you can either accept it by leaving it on or decline it by toggling it off. Customers who have Route insurance can file claims to receive a replacement or refund for packages that are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or are stolen. Filing a claim requires three easy steps and is entirely self-serve.

The Route mobile app is available for download from the Google Play Store and the App Store. The App helps you visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.

We offer Route Package Insurance because we believe some of our customers may value having a shipping insurance option for their packages. Depending on your carrier, location, or unforeseen circumstances, shipping insurance assures that your purchase is covered if you don’t receive your package for some reason. 

How do I track my package(s)?

You can track your package(s) on the Route App! Route works with local carriers to get the most up-to-date information on your order.

What if my order never arrives, is stolen, or arrives damaged?

If you add Route protection to your order at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if this unfortunate issue occurs. Once a claim is filed, Route reviews it for approval for either a re-order or a refund within 24 hours.

How can I file a claim if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

If you insured your order with Route at checkout, your package is insured, and you will receive an email confirmation from Route with a link to file a claim. You can also file a claim here: https://claims.route.com/
