If you add Route protection to your order at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if this unfortunate issue occurs. Once a claim is filed, Route reviews it for approval for either a re-order or a refund within 24 hours.
How can I file a claim if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
